Stem can be pulled out and watch can be set. But sometimes the stem doesn’t engage properly when pushed back in and the hands continue to move a little when winding. After a while, the stem finally engages and winds as it should. The reason for this is unknown. A good service would be recommended. Case has scratches consistent with age and wear. Crystal has scratches. Dial has scratches, spotting and missing surface areas. Speidel Bracelet has scratches. Please carefully examine all photos for condition.
