Sekonda Poljot Strela 3017 Vintage Chronograph Watch Movement Spares or Repair. This chronograph movement is largely complete, although there are a couple of components missing I believe. The balance wheel rocks as if the balance staff is fine, but I don’t have the winding stem and crown, so I’m unable to wind it up. The components that I mentioned above that are missing are elements of the chronograph side of the movement. I believe the wheel train, escapement etc. This Russian movement is based on the Venus 150 movement was first produced in 1959 and was discontinued in 1979, or so my research has indicated. The movement appears bright and clean, and therefor it would make a good basis for a vintage Poljot/Sekonda chronograph restoration project. Please see photos to confirm the above.
