Vintage Seamaster Cosmic for repair. Problem with stem where it does not lock in place properly. May need new stem or other setting part. No time to repair, so my loss if your gain. Balance looks good, and movement needs to be serviced. Would tick for a bit and stop. Minute hand has a small bend at tip. Stainless case is very nice. Dial is good with some light patina. Original crown included (2-part stem/crown, not screw on type). Mainspring felt ok, but not positive. It is what it is and will need some work, but a fabulous model once running.
