This is a vintage Elgin Golf Ball Jump Hour watch. It has a 10K RGP case and is not running. It measures 30mm without the crown. The case is in good condition. There is one small flea-bite chip on the crystal. The movement seems to be overwound. Cosmetically, it looks clean and complete. The dial is hard to turn with the crown, seems they are not connected as they should be and the dial floats freely a little bit. Feel free to ask questions.
