The caliber or movement was working but a small chain that is turned with the key and moves the drum that stores the coil of the string broke. The balance wheel, spring and pivot are in good condition. This movement is somewhat special and rare since the balance wheel pivot bearing is made of a small crystalline diamond, which can be seen in a couple of photographs.
