South Bend railroad grade 21 jewels pocket watch. Grade 227 with a 3-finger bridge. For parts or repair only. Balance doesn’t spin freely like it’s supposed to. Dial appears to be a reproduction. Wear on case in multiple spots. Adjusted: Yes; 5 positions, temperature, isochronism.
