Options 4 & 5 are for watches where the second hand. No matter how much they are shaken. A watch with just a faulty capacitor will still tick even with the capacitor removed!!! If yours won’t tick at all the problem is somewhere else but will still require a new capacitor once the main problem is sorted out. In all repair scenarios only brand new Seiko parts will be used. If the crystal on your watch has seen better days or has been chipped or smashed this is the option for you. This listing is for all round faced or circular crystal watches that need replacing, we can replace different shaped crystals but we would advise contacting us with the case number first to check availability. This is the option if your watch appears completely dead. If no matter how many times you shake it the seconds hand will not move or tick. It is then up to you to post it to us at your convenience using whichever method you see fit, we would recommend using a traceable/recorded method, once we receive the item we will contact you to comfirm receipt. We will then diagnose the problem with your watch, repair it using brand new Seiko parts then fit the new capacitor. Options 4 & 5 combined. In the event that option 2 or 3 is chosen but when the watch arrives options 3 & 4 were needed we will happily offer the customer the opportunity to increase their level of service.
