RARE 1960’s DAMAS MARINOGRAF 3756 – CALYPSOMATIC – BARN FIND AUTOMATIC DIVER – FOR PARTS OR RESTORE. Up for sale here is a rare project watch Damas Marinograf with the famous Calypsomatic fat stainless steel diver case. Watch remains in as found condition. Dial is aged and show various of marks, lume missing here and there, paint affected or aged around the edge, developing a grayish patina; – Original steel baton hands and lollipop seconds hand (missing lume); – Original bidirectional metal bezel, with round lume index at 12; – Thick crystal, possibly original; – Parmentier cap crown missing, however the inner crown is present and in good working condition; – Lovely steel case with curved lugs and crisp facets, never refurbished; – Smooth stepped screw in back, still retains back marks and Damas reference 3756, with old Damas logo to the back; This one is powered by an ETA 2452 movement. Case, back and bezel show age related marks or scratches but remain in as found condition, not refurbished. Diameter: 37.5 mm across, not including the crown. All the imperfections are shown in photos. Any other defects not mentioned in description but visible in the pictures will be considered as described.
