He was very old and his watch movements were even older. Here is what I believe to be a English, might be Swiss, watch movement. It is marked G Williams London 399 on the movement. Looks to be complete but I know very little about these antique 150 year old movements. The balance does swing freely on this movement under the ornate balance cover plate.
