70’s Junghans Olympic Chronograph. Gray dial with yellow hour markers- Overall in very good condition. Look to be all original with some scarring. Hands: Origina, in very good condition. Movement: Runs and tells time, but chrono does not work at all. Hand winding, 17 Jewels, rhodium. Case: Original, all made of stainless steel. Screwed, stainless steel back. Overall in fair vintage condition-cracked crystal and some gouging on the case. I assume its a Valjoux 7733/4. Could not get the case back off. Inscription in case back. Size: 37.5 mm without the crown (42 mm with crown), 41 mm lug to lug, 20 mm lug width. Case: 36mm, rectangular pushers, middle case appears to be base metal, steel bezel and caseback, resin crystal. Winds continously – broken mainspring? Chronograph seems to engage and reset properly. Balance appears to be okay. Maker: I do not know what the movement caliber is, but it is Swiss, and is engraved Butte Watch Co. Caseback and bezel are easy to remove – basically loose.
