These Elgin pocket watches do not run. They wind but do not tick. Elgin Grade 211, Model 7, base metal case, some scuffs to the crystal, winds but doesn’t run, the dial has some hairline cracks, the back of this case doesn’t seem like it wants to screw down all the way. Elgin grade 180 BW Raymond, base metal case, missing the crystal, the movement seems like it wants to tick but keeps stopping.
