Balance is swinging and watch will tick for several seconds when watch is rotated back and forth to start the balance wheel. I know the movement is missing two hands. When wound the watch feels like it has a broken mainspring because there is no resistance when I wind it. Dial is very nice with only a couple of tiny blemishes. Thank you for looking at my item.
