Found this in a cigar box, box was labeled Valjoux 92 with chronograph issues running! Watch does run and over a 24-hour period kept time with in + – 3 minutes. The case back is marked Heuer the movement is marked Ed Heuer & Co. But it comes with a Paul Breguette dial. Not sure if this dial originally came with this movement and case or if this was put together by the old timer. Thank you and good luck.
