935 silver cushion, transition era trench watch in need of repair. Balance staff and escapement mechanism need repair. Has white porcelain/enamel round dial with very slight hairline at 10 o’clock. 935 with Swiss hallmarks. Watch is smaller than the one in other listing. 32.5mm diameter, with lugs its 38.8mm, is 8.5 mm thick, hinges are good.

Please view all photos. Requires servicing or Parts – I’ve tried to wind but the time just keeps adjusting. Don’t have any knowledge with watches but there is a Problem with the crown when trying to wind or adjust time. Watch will run for a few minutes at most then stop. Crystal cracked as per 3rd photo. Engraved appears to be “LC”. Appears it could be original leather strap which one side has separated (needs restitching) as per last photograph. The Ascot, Patent 20. June 1887, Swiss Made. Measures 53 mm wide, x 65 mm tall, x 19 mm thick. It weighs 103 grams. I left it on its original patina, no buffing or polishing. Back covers snap good and tight. The dial is porcelain, it has hairlines. Missing the chronograph hand & the two register small hands. All pinions are present. Can’t test chronograph. The glass beveled crystal is in good condition. The manual wind Swiss made movement sets OK (side button). Nice “snail type” regulator. It winds but mainspring is broken (slips). Service history is unknown. PLEASE CHECK MY PHOTOS CAREFULLY. We work very hard to describe our items at the best of our knowledge, ask any questions if you are not sure.
