Vintage Seiko quartz diver. Crown and stem operate correctly and the date changes as it should. Tested with new battery but movement did not function.

This timepiece runs only for a few seconds when laid flat them stops, appears to be out of balance at the least or could only need the smallest of service. Will need a new crystal, hands are serviceable but have a few small issues with the glow in the dark paint, very clean clear dial, with the indicators also being very nice 97% condition, the case and crown are both very nice with only the smallest signs of wear, case back is also very nice with just a few easily polishable fine scratches, bezel appears clean and upon close inspection has a few tiny dings around “30” on bezel.
