A wonderful non-working Elgin grade 428 movement in a S. Co Gold Filled 20 year case, and a fantastic STURDY brand 14k Gold Filled Art Deco Bracelet Strap. The band strap has some trouble closing and I have not tried to force it. A very unusual and unique band that you don’t see often. The watch is not currently working, and being offered as a parts/repair piece. Note that there is no seconds hand or crystal currently in the watch. Any questions just ask.

You are looking at a rare. This Sports Elegance model has a gray dial and is very similar to the ultra popular S99.206 model. It does not run properly. The watch did not run when a new battery was placed in it. The seconds hand moved periodically but ultimately stopped. There does not appear to be any water damage. This is a great watch and rare model. At worst case scenario, a new movement will get this watch back up and running perfectly. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. This is a men’s size TAG watch with a case size of about 39mm (41mm including the crown). The crystal is in perfect condition with no scratches. The back casing is in very good condition with light scratches. There is no bracelet. The bezel is in excellent condition with fine scratches. The hands and hour markers look excellent. I would rate this survivor as a solid 9.3 out of 10 in condition. The bezel turns and clicks in the counter clockwise direction, as it should. This model has a quartz movement and it is 200 meters water resistant. The serial number is visible on the back casing. Please see my other TAGs for sale. You are looking at a white faced. It does not always run properly. The watch had been running perfectly, then started acting up. The movement has been tested and a high battery consumption rate was detected. Some of the time the consumption rate will fall within regular levels. When that occurs, the watch runs and keeps time perfectly. That normally happens when the watch is sitting or laying still. When the consumption rates spike, the second hand will seize or stop ticking. This is when you start to see erratic timekeeping. Sometimes the watch will keep perfect time for a few months before acting up. With the high consumption rate, it usually goes thru batteries faster than usual. With the high consumption rate, it could run fine then die quickly. The reason being is that the older movements in some of these models have erratic or high consumption rates. This watch will seize up quite a bit. I would always prefer to replace with an original movement or to clean the original coil. But these original movements are sometimes hard to find. With a proper cleaning of the coil, you may get another year or two of life out of this movement. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t. This is a great watch and rare model. At worst case scenario, a new movement will get this watch back up and running perfectly. This model is extremely rare. The S99.013 is similar to the WG1212. S99.013 is considered the Tag midsize watch and can be worn by either a man or a woman. I currently have quite a few for sale. It was simply time to clean out the closet. This is a midsize TAG watch with a case size of about 34mm (38mm including the crown). The midsize was typically worn by a man back in the 80s and 90s but I feel that it is more suited for a woman nowadays, based on its size. It is really all about your preference so please look at the size. I would say it is more suited for a smaller man or a man who likes smaller faced watches…. Or a lady who likes larger sized watches compared to women’s sizes. The crystal looks perfect with no scratches. The back casing is in very good condition with light scratches. The bracelet is made up of alternating polished and brushed stainless steel links. It is in very good condition with light scratches. The clasp is in very good condition with light wear scratches. The bezel is in very good condition with light scratches. The hands have darkened over the years. The hour markers look very good. The watch is all original and will fit up to a 6.85.
