VERY RARE hard to find vintage SUWA dial Automatic SEIKO – POOR MANS MAC-V SOG STYLE LUME Arabic numerals dial. THIS MODEL Similar to the 7009 Seiko Sportsmatic 5 military issue special operations group models used during the Vietnam war era but with the reliable famous 6309 movement used in the seiko divers from the 1970s. Also THE BRACELET FITS A 7 inch mens wrist AND LOWER ONLY – ABOVE 7 inches wrist IS not recommended unless you use an OEM REPLACEMENT OR aftermarket strap. This is a project watch, the movement IS running but loses time in a full day. The movement is in clean condition, but the watch will definitely need servicing and cleaning to run normally. It has its original acrylic crystal which has wear and visible scratches. The case also has wear but still looks good overall. The original dial and original lume is in decent vintage condition WITH NICE PATINA but it will need to be cleaned. Make an reasonable offer! This is a rare one that belonged to my uncle and I dont have the time to make a project of it right now, hopefully it will go to a good home.
