This is an abandoned project. I was going to have a jeweler transfer the Omega 552 movement from the gold-plated watch to the stainless steel watch, but I gave up on it due to cost. Both watches are for parts/repair. Complete and running , tho stem pulls out so can’t set time, and sometimes hands touch so starts and stops. Complete Omega 552 movement. Running but starts and stops, needs repair. Gold plated case, gold-plated hands and dial markings in good cosmetic condition. Caseback stamped: 165.041. No movement but takes 552 (you can transfer from first watch and this watch will be complete). Stainless steel case in real good shape. Original crystal with “tiny Omega logo” etched into the crysta l — very rare in such good shape. Crown & stem, crown has Omega logo on it. Decorated caseback with 3D “seahorse” embossed. Original radium hands and dial in decent shape -Caseback stamped 14700 SC-61. FYI: what’s special about the 552 movement is it can be used in the classy Omega Seamaster 300 diver!
