This is a vintage Hamilton 14K Gold Swingout Open Face Pocket Watch. The movement is marked Hamilton Watch Co. 17 Jewels Adjusted 3 Positions, 914. Serial number 1778058 dates this watch to 1920. Inside the back cover is marked Hamilton Watch Co. Case measures 46mm in diameter and has scratches from normal use. There are no monograms. The case is 14K gold but the inner swingout section is not. The case weighs 24.7 grams without the movement. The crystal is included. It does have chips. The case will not close completely. Dial has some cracks. Please look at all photos.
